This Economy would recover if the Democrats and the White House would STOP talking about
new taxes. Businesses don't like uncertainty. Why is Obama trying to kill jobs in a bad economy?
Cap & Trade- Manufacturing companies will be at a larger disadvantage to foreign manufacturing. 25 million
jobs are forecast to be lost in the first few 2 years as more companies flee America. Card
Check- Small businesses are already threatening to flee America to Canada or Mexico. Obama promised
to close the loop holes and raise taxes on corporations. We have already seen taxes killing our jobs. Nancy Pelosi said she would be for a VAT tax. That would be a NIGHTMARE! Now the White House is openly
talking about a new VAT tax.
The Plan Spend our way into Prosperity. Obama's plan is not unique.
We tried it during the Great Depression. Other countries have also tried it. We can study the Great Depression unemployment
was close to 15% when WWII started. Worked? No! Japan 1989 through today is a great study.
In 1989 their stock market hit 38,000, their housing prices were at an all time high. In 1990 their housing bubble popped
and home sales and prices dropped. Their banks started failing and the stock market plummeted. Sound familiar? The government
spent Trillions trying to prop up their economy. Where are they today 19 years later? The Nikkei stock index is
still 70% off its 1989 peak, and property prices are at about 40% of their 1990 values. The US is the second highest corporate taxed rate. Second only to Japan. That has worked out well for them. Fact! No country in human history has ever spent their way into Prosperity.
42% of Americans
pay no taxes. If Obama has his way that number could increase to 60%. When the 51% realize they can vote them selves
money, this country is in big TROUBLE.
Stimulus spending Over the past year we have spent $2.1 Trillion trying to fix our economy and save banks. It hasn't worked so were
going to do more. Obama's stimulus bill was 787 Billion of mainly pork. In our entire history we have never spent 787
Billion on pork. What's the real price tag? Based on the fact this bill created new programs and the fact we never cancel
old programs this bill will cost over 3 trillion dollars. That brings the total stimulus to 4.3 Trillion spent and committed
to spend. 787 Billion is hard to conceive. From the
day the Declaration was signed through the end to 2009 if we spent 9 million a day for the 233 years it would
come close to 787 Billion.
It gets much worse! In 6 months we have increased our money supply from 500 Billion to 3 Trillion. On 2/5/09 we warned about reaching
2 Trillion. As of the end of March we hit 3 Trillion. We are in a deflationary period. The Fed is intentionally trying
to set off inflation. The only question is how much. The Fed is gambling huge with our future. They could kick off
hyper inflation. No country has ever done this successfully. Tax cuts would be the low risk alternative. Zimbabwe is the last country to greatly increase spending and increase their money supply. In 2008 Zimbabwe's inflation
was 231,000,000%, up from 7,000% in 2007, unemployment reached 80%. 231 million % that means if a loaf of bread was $1
in 2007 it would cost $231 million dollars 1 year later. The only problem is they had 7,000% inflation in 2007. Does anyone study history in Washington or in the press?
